FULL TIME: (40-50 hrs per week)

- Toddlers $115.00
- Pre-school $105.00 per week
- School-age $100.00 per week
PART TIME: (3 or less days per week)
Drop-in: (non-regular attendance)
- $40.00 per day, per child
BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL: (full day students)/(Mon-Fri)
- Before/After $75.00 per week – (Max 30 hrs per week)
- Before OR After $45.00 per week (Max 3 hrs. per day)
- Snow days/school closing: daily rate of $12.00/$15.00 will be applied
HOURLY RATE: (minimum 2 hr)
- Infants: $6.00
- Toddlers: $5.75
- Pre-School: $5.50
- School age: $5.25
Anything over 10 hours per day has to pay an overtime rate per hour.
Due to the limited spaces available, weekly payments are based on using or holding your slot, not on the child's attendance. No refunds are given for late arrivals/early departures, parental vacations or exclusion due to illness. The exception is the one unpaid week a year that I allow each parent. Any vacation time that I take will be unpaid.
Overtime Fees: for any time that is not prearranged, will be $5.00 per 15-minute increment.
Overtime that is prearranged (with a 24-hour notice) will be $3.00 an hour, subject to my availability.
Weekly Fees: are due prior to childcare services rendered; this includes part timers.
Sibling Rate: you will receive a 25% sibling discount, based on the rates for oldest child. (Child care discounts are for FULL TIME only)
Late Payment Fee: $10.00 per day that payment is not received. If fee isn't paid by Monday morning of the next week, your child will not be cared for until the outstanding balance is paid. Continued late payments will result in termination of our contract.
Check Policy: All checks are to be made out to CATHERINE TURNER-PIVNICKA. Any checks returned to me by my bank for any reason will be assessed a $40.00 returned check fee. If you have a check returned, I will either require all future payments in cash or money order, or I have the option of Terminating care immediately.
Registration Fee: Each family must pay a $50.00 this non-refundable fee is to hold your child’s spot for one (1) week. This fee does not apply toward child care. In the event your child does not start on the agreed upon date, your position will be forfeited.
As a childcare professional, I claim my fees as income and provide each family with a detailed receipt at the end of each tax year. This can be used to get a credit for child/dependent care expenses.
